Delivery & Returns

All Little Hooray orders are carefully packed and sent via Evri tracked delivery.

Orders are made to order and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Fast tracked delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day and typically arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch.

If you need your order for a specific date, please feel free to get in touch before ordering and we'll always do our best to help.

• Delivery is currently available within the UK only
• You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect details

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original condition and packaging

As Little Hooray party bags contain food items (individually wrapped sweets), I'm unable to accept returns if the packaging has been opened or any seals have been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with a photo, and I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Party bags may contain individually wrapped sweets sourced from trusted UK suppliers. Please note these may contain or have traces of common allergens such as:

• Milk
• Gluten
• Soy
• Nuts
