Welcome to Little Hooray. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Little Hooray is an online business offering pre-filled party bags, handmade party favours and children's party accessories.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Hooray.

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean your order has been accepted.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time, including where:

• products are unavailable
• there is an error in pricing or product information
• we suspect fraudulent activity
• we are unable to fulfil the order

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, photographs and colours are accurate. However, due to screen settings and the handmade nature of some products, slight variations may occur.

Some of our items are handmade and assembled by hand, meaning small differences between products may naturally occur.

Party bag contents may occasionally vary slightly depending on stock availability, but we will always aim to substitute with items of equal or greater value where necessary.

Many of our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated otherwise.

Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.

Please read all safety information provided with your order before use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for the children receiving them.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales shown on our website, but delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, Little Hooray is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure delivery information is entered correctly at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional postage costs may apply for redelivery.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• personalised items
• custom-made orders
• opened sweets or edible products
• opened party bags or used products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

• a replacement
• store credit
• a refund

Any approved returns must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Our party bags contain sweets or edible items.

While we try to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information where possible, products may be produced in environments handling allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten and soy.

Customers are responsible for checking suitability before consumption.

If you have allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.

All website content, including images, branding, logos, graphics and product designs, belongs to Little Hooray and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Hooray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
