Returns and Refunds

I hope you love your order, but if there's a problem, please get in touch and I'll always do my best to help.

For eligible items, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to let me know that you would like to return them. Once you've let me know, you then have 14 days to return your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original condition and packaging

Personalised or custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

As Little Hooray party bags contain food items (individually wrapped sweets), I'm unable to accept returns if the packaging has been opened or any seals have been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with a photo, and I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Party bags may contain individually wrapped sweets sourced from trusted UK suppliers. Please note these may contain or have traces of common allergens such as:

• Milk
• Gluten
• Soy
• Nuts
