Shipping policy

We aim to get your Little Hooray order on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually prepared within 1 day of being placed, including weekends where possible. Dispatch and delivery times may depend on carrier collection schedules, weekends and UK bank holidays.

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before ordering or as soon as possible afterwards. We’re always happy to help where we can and will do our best to accommodate your required date, although delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, the following delivery estimates apply:

• Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
• Express Delivery: next business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Although most orders arrive within these timescales, occasional delays with the delivery carrier can happen and are outside of our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@littlehooray.co.uk. We will always do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change the delivery address.
